What types of payments do you accept?

We accept Bitcoin, Monero, and Interac e-Transfer. At this time, we are unable to accept any payments made via Paypal or by credit card.

I've sent my payment. What happens next?

Upon completion of payment, please allow up to 4 business hours for payment processing to verify the payments. Once payment has been verified & accepted you will receive an email notification that your order is now processing soon to be packaged & shipped.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

All orders are shipped via XpressPost, shipping typically takes 1-3 business days to major cities and 3-5 business days to rural areas. Couriers do not ship on weekends and holidays.  All orders come with tracking numbers which will give you the best estimated delivery. If you have not received your order for more than 7 business days, please notify us at [email protected]

How much do you charge for shipping?

We offer free Xpresspost shipping on all orders over $99. Orders under $99 are subject to a $25 flat rate shipping fee. Please look for all order updates as well as your package tracking number in your email.

How do you package my order?

We ship all orders discreetly and with smell-proof packaging. There is nothing written outside of the packaging besides your name and address. Signatures are not required unless requested, therefore most orders will be left at door. Please follow the courier’s tracking page to ensure you receive updates & delivery notifications.
